World Class Fishing

Alaska Outside Charters is located on the West Coast of Prince of Wales Island in Southeast Alaska. The West Coast of Prince of Wales Island is recognized as the best fishing in Alaska.  Anglers travel from all over the world to successfully fish these waters. We have big king salmon, excellent runs of silver salmon, ample amounts of halibut, and big lingcod.  We do combo fishing out on the west coast of Prince of Wales, so you get to fish for multiple species on all of your charter fishing days.    

 

 Comfortable Accommodations

Stay in our newly constructed cabin with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable.  Your cabin will be stocked with a variety of breakfast items to start your day.  Lunch will be provided on the boat for you to refuel without interrupting your fishing adventure. After your day is done, we process your catch while fresh seafood and home-cooked dinners will be delivered to your cabin so all you have to do is unwind and relax.  There will also be vehicle for your use while you are staying with us.  

 

Family Run Business 

Alaska Outside Charters is owned and operated by year round Alaskans John and Jessica Priddy.   John is an avid outdoorsman and his love for fishing will be evident in the effort he puts in for you out on the water.  John is a registered nurse, who has set aside his nursing career to follow his true passion, and share it with you. His wife Jessica is a practicing nurse practitioner in the local community clinic providing both primary care and urgent care to locals and visitors alike.  When he's not guiding, John can be found hunting moose, deer, and bears.  He is also a wolf trapper.  He spends the majority of his year in the outdoors and his passion for it will be evident to you.  You can rest assured and be confident in who your guide is and will not have to worry about being paired with an inexperienced guide that so commonly happens at a large fishing lodge.
